The Storage Bunker offers self-storage spaces in sizes from 5 x 5 (25 SF) all the way up to 20 x 20 (400 SF) at our Charlestown location. The smaller units are perfect for seasonal storage, file storage, excess basement items or college storage. The larger units will easily accommodate an 8 -10 room house or small business storage. Our Medford location offers units in sizes from 5 x 5 (25 SF) thru 35 x 60 (approx. 2000 SF) for either personal or business needs. Our Medford location boasts “JUMBO” storage—very large storage units to accommodate the contents of an extra-large home, an estate, or small businesses who may need distribution space, easy access to inventory, seasonal business storage, overflow storage or year round—secure self-storage. Both locations offer secure computerized key pad access, fire and burglary alarms, video surveillance, individually alarmed units, convenient locations, and a well-lit facility. The Storage Bunker provides easy drive-up access, dock landings, elevator-lift access, with plenty of on-site parking. Our self-storage is charged on a month-to-month basis and you have access to your unit 7 days/week—365 days a year.
Business Storage
Jumbo Storage Our extra-large “Jumbo” Storage units are a great option for distribution, seasonal business storage, self-storage business items/inventory or overflow storage. Our “Jumbo” storage units range in size from 250 SF to 2000 SF, allowing small business owners the flexibility of running their business without the worry of having their own warehouse. We give you the option to get the storage you need without a long-term lease commitment.
File Storage Our mezzanine units are perfect for small company's off-site file storage needs. Each unit easily holds up to 30 legal file totes for only $44.00 month*. For larger companies, we offer units as large as 8 x 40 with capacity for over 700 legal file totes. This can be an economically viable alternative to expensive record management systems and you have direct access and control over your files.

Shipping and Receiving Allow your field sales reps to work more efficiently by doing what they do best—selling! They can avoid wasting valuable time waiting for product to be delivered. Companies ship directly to our facility; we sign for your company and let your rep know they have a delivery. Please call for additional information and certain restrictions. We have tractor-trailer accessibility at our loading dock, so no matter how the shipment arrives; we can take care of it. We have capacity to receive palletted shipments and have plenty of parking for cars or trucks.
Materials We offer a variety of commercial packing and shipping products from file storage boxes to packing peanuts. Please see our storage packing supplies section for a full line of products and prices.
Packing Supplies
The Storage Bunker offers sturdy, quality cardboard boxes made of post-consumer recycled materials. In addition to our assorted sized boxes, we offer a wide range of packing materials, including bubble wrap, packing paper, packing tape, mattress bags, sofa covers, and wardrobe boxes. We also stock packing kits for all of your fragile and china items.
Package Receiving
The Storage Bunker is pleased to offer the option of package receiving at both our Charlestown, MA, and Medford, MA, locations. We will sign for and hold your packages—please contact our staff to discuss additional details and/or restrictions.
File Storage - Charlestown

Student Storage - Charlestown
Our mezzanine locker units (5 x 5 x 4.5) at our Charlestown, MA, location are perfectly suited to summer or year-round college student storage. This size unit will hold the contents of approximately 25 book (1.5cu) boxes and a small dorm size refrigerator.

Truck Parking - Medford
Our Medford, MA, location offers the convenience of truck parking for our business customers. The Storage Bunker is pleased to offer truck parking at the rate of $175.00/month - limited to trucks 24’ or LESS.
Office Space Rental - Medford
The Storage Bunker in Medford is currently offering monthly office space rental. Offices range in size from a single 10 x 12 office (120 SF) to a 1200 SF multi person suite. Please call for more information or stop by our 20 Sycamore Ave. location for a tour.
